2. Payment Confirmation

  • Your order will be processed only after successful payment authorization.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your payment is completed.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD option is available for eligible products and serviceable locations.

  • Please ensure correct delivery address and availability to accept the COD orders.

  • In case of repeated COD order cancellations or rejections, we reserve the right to disable COD option for your future orders.

4. Payment Security

  • We do not store any sensitive payment information such as card numbers or CVV.

5. Failed Transactions

  • If the amount is debited from your account but order is not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
