Return & Refund Policy - Kisan Market Hub

At Kisan Market Hub, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer you the best shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may return products and receive refunds.

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required for processing any return.

  • Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customized nature. Such products will be clearly marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page.

2. Reasons Accepted for Return

We accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • The product received is different from the one ordered.

  • The product has missing parts or accessories.

3. Non-Returnable Products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Items marked as "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or any mutually agreed mode.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return as per this policy.
